The perfect retro pencil skirt! I had a limited amount of this beautiful vintage fabric and this is one of only two skirts that will ever be made with it. The fabric is stretchy, very soft, and has ombre stripes with large scattered flowers, in tones of periwinkle, pink, mauve, red, and white. Elastic waist. Serged seams.
