Personalized Handmade Christmas Stockings, hand sewn, heirloom quality, applique, embroidered
Made to order for Christmas 2024, please order by November 30th to guarantee arrival by Christmas.
Each of my Christmas stockings are one-of-a-kind, heirloom quality, works of art. They are quilted and sturdy, and will last a lifetime. All materials are very high quality. Stockings are lined and come equipped with a sturdy hanging loop.
Custom orders take 4-8 weeks and are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas if you live in the continental United States. This listing is for one stocking only, but I have it as a multiple quantity in case you are ordering more than one. Order # of stockings you want, and then write in the "note to seller" what styles and colors you want. I will email you soon thereafter to confirm your order. One month after you order, my website sends an automatic request for a review. I apologize for this, I can't turn off the message without disabling the reviews so please just ignore the message until you have received your stockings in the mail and love them (and then I would love to have your review).
I have many different styles available to choose from! I can do stockings based on family photos.... your own artwork or children's artwork... movie themes.... winter villages... snowmen, Santa.... sports themes.... band logos... whatever you can dream up! Different styles look great together, and still "match" just fine because my style is very distinctive.
*PORTRAITS*
Tell me what you look like and I will make you a personalized stocking, including interests and hobbies. I can also include your pet. I can make a matching set for the whole family that are personalized to look like you. Ideas for poses include: decorating the tree, sitting by the fireplace, holding a gift, throwing snowballs, building snowmen, walking in a snowy landscape or ice skating.
*WINTER VILLAGES*
The winter villages have a folk art style to them reminiscent of Grandma Moses' primitive paintings, barns and icy ponds, colorful houses.
*SNOW FAMILIES*
I can do snowpersons, children, babies... whatever you want. I can do either a sunny or a night time/stars background for these.
*SPORTS THEMED*
Tell me your favorite team or sport and I will design a cool stocking incorporating it into the design.
*SANTA CLAUS*
Santa can be doing all kinds of stuff! Up on the rooftop with gifts, eating cookies by the fire, putting gifts by the tree... or you make up your own!
*FAIRY TALE*
Choose a fairy tale for me to recreate with your family as the characters! Or I can do a fantasy theme, such as unicorns, pegasus, satyrs, centaurs, fairies or mermaids.

Two fonts are available, 1) cursive, 2) block letters.
**FABRICS**
Most of the fabrics I use for stockings are small remnants and in limited quantity. For this reason I cannot take specific requests for fabrics based on these example photos. However if you tell me the color and type of fabric you would like for something I will do my best to fulfill that wish. Usually in each stocking I use a variety of fabric types to add texture and depth. All stockings are lined with cotton in a complimentary color of my choice.
**SIZE**
All stockings measure approx. 15" long top to bottom and 10" wide (across foot). Hanging loop adds an extra 2.5" to length of stockings.
